1. We do not service apartments and we’re currently limited to Hamilton and immediately adjacent settlements.

2. Please limit 3 bins per residence due to volume restrictions on our trucks. We hope to lift the restrictions soon.

3. Wash all recyclables prior to placing in the bins. Cardboard/paper must be clean from food, grease, paint, etc

4. To prevent wind/rain/critter-caused yard and bin messes, please secure lids on their bin prior to placing outside.
